The Mission of Rose Hill 
To work with youth whose lives have become unmanageable because of a dependency on alcohol and/or drugs.

Rose Hill is a residential rehabilitation service for youth (RRSY) licensed by New York State Office of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Services.
Rose Hill is located in Northern St. Lawrence County on 200 acres of wooded lands, built specifically for the treatment of adolescents.
