About East House - Cody House

The Mission of East House 
To empower individuals with mental health and substance use disorders to recover and to live healthy, fulfilling lives in their community.

East House services include counseling, case management, education and employment programs, independent living skills training, social and recreational activities, family education and support.
If you are interested in their substance use disorders residential program, a complete referral is necessary.
All referrals to the East House substance use disorder program are submitted by community providers through the Monroe County OASAS Residential Application.
