About Family Counseling Center Inc Turning Leaf

The General CSTAR Program serves male and female adults aged 17 years plus 9 months of age and over. Individuals are accepted without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, disability or sexual orientation. To qualify for services, person(s)-served must have a substance use disorder/dependence diagnosis as determined by a licensed/provisionally licensed diagnostician.
