Tips on Choosing a Free Rehab Center in Little Rock, AR

  • Make sure the center is accredited. Accreditation means that the center has met certain standards of quality and patient care. You can find accredited rehab centers by visiting the websites of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) or The Joint Commission (TJC).
  • Check the center's track record. How long has the center been in operation? What is its success rate? You can find this information by reading online reviews or by contacting the center directly.
  • Consider the center's treatment approach. Does the center offer a variety of treatment modalities, or does it focus on one approach? What is the center's philosophy on addiction treatment?
  • Find out what the center's aftercare program is like. Aftercare is essential to long-term recovery. Make sure the center you choose offers a comprehensive aftercare program.
  • Make sure the center is a good fit for you. Consider your individual needs and preferences when choosing a rehab center. For example, if you have a co-occurring mental health disorder, you'll need to find a center that offers dual diagnosis treatment.

Here are some additional tips:

  • Ask about the center's admission process. What documentation do you need to provide? Is there a waiting list?
  • Find out what the center's policies are on insurance and financial assistance. Will the center accept your insurance? Does the center offer financial assistance to patients who need it?
  • Visit the center in person, if possible. This will give you a chance to meet the staff, see the facilities, and get a feel for the center's atmosphere.
  • Talk to people who have been to the center. Ask them about their experiences and whether they would recommend the center to others.
Choosing a rehab center is an important decision. By following these tips, you can find a free rehab center in Little Rock, AR that is right for you.

I've been sleeping in the laundromat in Morrilton and the cops keep picking me up. I have been in jail 5-6 times in the last month. Sometimes just to have a place to sleep. Sometimes I sleep in my sisters shed. I would leave my number but i don't want it to pop up on the answers.

Free Rehab Centers in Nearby Cities

Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the NEHEMIAH HOUSE - Union Rescue Mission website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $14,580
2 $19,720
3 $24,860
4 $30,000
5 $35,140
6 $40,280
7 $45,420
8 $50,560

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I am doing research for my grandson, River Church, who will be paroled from Little Rock in June. He wants to go to a controlled living environment as he is determined to change the course of his life. He is 24, has his GED and is incarcerated for drug abuse. Nothing violent. We are low income so are looking for a place that is free or has a grant program.

2020-08-02 15:24:16

I am doing research for my daughter. I just need to know if you are in patient or out patient? Do u take pregnant women ? Is this a medical detox and rehab or just rehab ?

2020-10-23 10:27:49

My fiancé and I are both needing help, we are addicted to meth and we are both ready to get our lives together so we can be more than just addicts. We want to be what God wants us to be. We know we are here for a reason. Because we have not been killed or found dead in our addiction. Because we have been in some very dangerous situation. But if it wasn't for God being with us every day we wouldn't be able to see our kids and grandchildren grow up. We want to be able to live high on life and not high on our addiction. We are a team and we want to get rid of this addiction together. And we know that we can do this for ourselves and our family.
