Mission Statement

The mission of Middlesex Human Service Agency, Inc. is to improve the quality of life and independent functioning of a wide variety of clients through the delivery of an extensive system of community-based substance abuse and social service programs. Although our programs are many and varied, all emphasize dignity, respect and empowerment. We believe in teaching individuals and families the skills and problem solving abilities needed for self-sufficiency.

About Sullivan House

Sullivan House provides substance abuse treatment services for adult men in an outpatient setting. These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, trauma related counseling, motivational interviewing, anger management, relapse prevention and individual and group counseling. No payment is accepted at this location. Please contact Sullivan House for more information on their fees and services.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
