Free Rehab Centers in Nearby Cities

Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the ACTS Pinellas Domiciliary Co Occurring Residential Treatment website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2024

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $15,060
2 $20,440
3 $25,820
4 $31,200
5 $36,580
6 $41,960
7 $47,340
8 $52,720

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Inquiring for a friend. She has been hospitalized 5-6 times for health issues related to alcohol and drugs. She has called me and asked me to help her get into a residential treatment facility. What is the criteria to get into your facility?

I am interested in your programs for drug addiction. I just moved from Tampa to my new home in Holiday, FL and my neighbor is a crack dealer. I had been helping to supplement his income by having him do things to the house I'm no longer able to do. When he told me he had bought and 8-ball of crack I was outta town once I returned he said he lost his butt on that deal. then he got another 8-ball and offered some to me, unfortunately I was in a lot of pain(4 spinal surgeries) and depressed. after 27 yrs. clean I fell back to it again. I've just used once but it was like I'd never quit! btw: recovering, fully-disabled veteran.
