The fee for a hour session is $130 or as arranged in advance. The fee for a substance abuse assessment is $275. Sliding scale openings available. Payments are due at beginning of session. Paypal, Cash App, Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted with Square. Discount for cash payments.

3 times, Fairwinds in Clearwater, 2012 it was $35,000 cash, It was amazing I just wasnt ready. Crossroads in Naples, 2017, the fee was 25,000 but they allowed me to come in for free because I was about to die. Operation Par in Largo, I was court-ordered to the 6 mo. Program, I was thrown out due to dirty urine.
