My daughter, Amanda Carter is dual diagnosed bi-polar/drug addiction. She is currently incarcerated in Benton County Ar. Jail. Her arrest involved prescription pills 3 pills total. She has a prescription for clonopin, which we are getting a printout for, and she had taken the other 2 pills xanax and tramadol from me. I keep my meds locked up but she found a way to get into it. She has 10 counts she is charged with. Two other arrests, both involving meth (small amts.) drug paraphernalia x4. She has a court date hopefully on June 17th. We are trying to find a State funded and state accredited facility. Amanda has been on parole and currently they are revoking that. She has an indigent defender who is fully aware of the complexity of the situation. I've not yet spoken to her parole officer, but the root of these arrests is drug addiction.Amanda has been in prison once in 2018 for approx. 10 months. It was drug related. She's been in and out of so many drug rehabs I've lost count. Currently she's been in jail almost 3 months and we're not bailing her out. She needs help getting in a facility and hopefully the prosecutor will help to get her court ordered to go straight in and not come home. I need help getting something arranged, but her father and I have no money for drug rehab and neither does Amanda. Her addiction is so strong she would find drugs in short order left to her own vices. Can you help Us?
