About Big Island Substance Abuse Council Hilo
Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC) is one of Hawaii's leading providers of substance abuse treatment and behavioral health care services to adults and youth.
They provide intensive and outpatient treatment, therapeutic living programs, psychological treatment, and employee and employer assistance programs.
The Outpatient Program provides non-residential comprehensive services with evaluation, treatment, case management and recovery services for clients with less problematic substance abuse related behavior than would be found in a residential or day treatment program.
Is this treatment center really free?
Most of the listings on this website are free; however, we decided it would also be helpful for our visitors to see sliding scale treatment centers (which are based on your income and you can qualify for free treatment) and low cost rehab centers for low income persons.
