Community Healthlink is committed to promoting, restoring, and maintaining the physical health, mental health and dignity of adults, children, and families in Central Massachusetts who are experiencing mental illness, addiction, or homelessness.
About Community Healthlink - Faith House
Community Healthlink FAITH House provides substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women in a residential setting. These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, trauma related counseling, individual and group therapy, family and marital counseling, case management, relapse prevention and anger management. Payment forms accepted for these services include cash or self payment, medicaid, medicare, state financed health insurance plan other than medicaid and private health insurance.
