About Community Healthcore- Fourth St. Location

Community Healthcore offers Intensive residential treatment program for adult women who have children or are scheduled for reunification with their children. Education, individual, group and family counseling provided. Admissions CriteriaWomen, 18 years of age or older, who meet the DSM-IV criteria for substance dependence or abuse; who have no more than 2 children 12 years of age or younger; are pregnant or post-partum (6 months). Priority is given to pregnant injecting drug users, pregnant substance users, injecting drug users, parents with children in foster care and veterans with honorable discharges.
