About Cooperative Care Partnership
We offer individual, family, couples, and group counseling. We complete assessments for substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders and make recommendations for level of care. We offer Outpatient services that include individual and group counseling services, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management to address co-occurring disorders. We also have Intensive Outpatient Programs for a more intensive level of care. This includes up to 12 hours of services a week, that entails group and individual sessions. We also have services for MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorder) including Suboxone and Vivitrol, and Naltrexone and Vivitrol for Alcohol Use Disorder.
We accept many private insurance plans, Medicaid and offer a sliding scale for self-pay.
