About CURA Inc Residential

Long term residential substance abuse treatment or Therapeutic Community is provided at our licensed facilities which provide a structured recovery environment, combined with professional clinical services, designed to address addiction and living skills problems for persons with substance abuse diagnosis or are dual diagnosed with a mental health disorder who require longer treatment stays to support and promote recovery.
The Long Term Residential program includes no less than 8 hours per week of counseling interventions on at least five (5) separate occasions.
A minimum of 7 hours per day of structured activities is provided on each billable day.
(Note: Self-help meetings may be included as part of structured activities.)
Intervention focuses on reintegration into the greater community with particular emphasis on education and vocational development.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
