About FCC Behavioral Health (FCC)
FCC offers a wide array of behavioral health programs for individuals and families.
Programs include mental health, substance use disorders, healthcare home, housing, prevention, disease management and targeted outreach programs (i.e. Ere and cmhl).
At each of their 22 clinics and treatment centers across Southern Missouri, qualified professionals provide a person-centered, wellness approach to care.
Services include screenings, comprehensive assessment, crisis response and intervention, individual and group therapy, psychiatry, disease and disorders education, community support, psycho-social rehabilitation, medication management, wellness groups, recreational groups, vocational services, peer support, medication-assisted treatment, and many others. Intensity of care includes residential, day treatment, outpatient and maintenance levels of care to meet the needs of each person.
Care is delivered using a comprehensive, integrated approach that also meets the preferences of each person using trauma-aware practices.
People are empowered to take an active role in the development of their individualized wellness and recovery plan.
Services are provided on a sliding fee scale.
