About Fifth Street Counseling
Fifth Street Counseling provides substance abuse treatment services to adult men and women in an outpatient setting.
These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, individual and group counseling, family and marital counseling, anger management and relapse prevention.
Payment forms accepted include cash or self payment.
A sliding fee scale is available for those in need of financial assistance.
