These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Hello this is Jennifer Hermo and I am 29 years old. I applied for ins but I need a location that will make the process faster. I'm willing to go in when ever I have a bed. I'm ready to change and close the chapter I'm living in. This is my first time going impatient or seeking help. I became an addict almost 2 years ago. I never tried drugs before and always had them around me. The only drugs I've tried are weed cocaine and adderall. I am addicted to cocaine and adderall. I use everyday whether it's adderall or cocaine. When I use cocaine I drink beer and when I use adderall I drink wine. I sometimes use both at times. I really need help because I can't do it alone and I've lost a lot already in my life and it's only the beginning. I'm only 29 and recently lost my boyfriend someone that tried to help me but no one can unless I want too. He was someone I always wanted but I chose the drugs over him his son my family and me. I want help and I'm asking on my own. It's not obligated. I can’t live like this anymore. I feel alive but dead inside and I was never like this and never thought I would become who I am today. I don’t even know who I am anymore.

Non-Profit Treatment Many non profit treatment programs are free or are lower cost due to the non profit organizations status.

Faith-Based Treatment Many religious organizations offer drug and alcohol recovery treatment at no cost as part of their ministry services. Many also offer payment assistance for those that qualify.
