Glen Oaks Hospital offer inpatient and outpatient programs for adults, ages 18+ struggling with behavioral health or substance use disorders. Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is provided three days a week, and they offer both behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. The Chemical Dependency IOP meets three days a week and offers case management and treatment planning services.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
