Yes nothing it was court ordered harbor house
Yes went to youth bridge in bentonville ar for 2 weeks left for court was in bad accident couldn't return to finish. Paid nothing out of pocket was court ordered
Yes i have been 4 other times only completeing once. It changes my life everytime. Each time it was state funded.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
Last month I spoke to Sherry (if I am recalling the name correctly) about residential treatment. I have my 2 youngest children A boy 11 & A girl 10. I truly was in denial about how unmanageable my life has become and am ready and so willing to work to get back the stability, clean, joy I know is waiting becoming the woman God created me to be. I know she's still there. I am all my children have and want to deserve their love, trust, and admiration they have for me. Neither they nor their dad know what I have been doing on and off for some time now. I am hoping to hear from you as soon as possible so we can begin the process of healing and fortifying our family.
