The Iowa Department of Public Health licenses the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services of Southeast Iowa (ADDS) to provide chemical dependency treatment services. Individuals and family members who experience the effects of alcohol and drug dependency may receive ADDS treatment services as well as those persons suffering from compulsive gambling.

Tramadol and Clonapins i get perscriptions for both. It got real bad when my wife passed away.

Yes, for alcohol, stopped drinking on 7/10/2009 it was back in 1990 and 1992 i was 21 and I'm 50 now so being so young i didn't like it i was court ordered to go. Had good insurance back then, now i just have a medical card, its been hard for me to keep a job. I can't remember the name of them. 1 was in Galesburg IL. and i was in Iowa.

I get a perscription for tramadol and clonapins, tramadol for my back, and clonapins cause i have anxiety issues. For years I took them just like i was suppose to, then my wife passed away and then it got real bad. But i never started drinking again, everyone was worried i was going to start drinking but i never did just covered up the pain with pills. When i stopped drinking i quickly realized wh

Yes, somewhere in Iowa can't remember where cause i was drunk when i went and it was in 1992. I was court ordered to go.
