The Monroe Behavioral Health Clinic provides outpatient services to adults with serious mental illness and children/youth with severe emotional and behavioral disturbances and acute crises.
Services include assessment and referral, psychiatric and psychological evaluations, individual and / or group, family counseling, and medication management. 
The Monroe Mental Health Clinic provides services to Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes.
