About Mission Detox Center (Missions, Inc)
Missions Inc. Programs is a nonprofit social service organization working to make change possible for people whose lives have been disrupted by domestic violence, addiction and alcoholism, or illness and disability.
They do this through six programs located in Plymouth and St. Paul, MN, providing safety, housing and support services to over 3,600 men, women and children each year.
Opened in 1978, Mission Detox Center provides medically supervised detoxification services for suburban Hennepin County, Anoka County and other metro area counties. ]
Admission to Mission Detox Center is frequently the first professional intervention in a destructive pattern of chemical use, and a difficult point in any chemically dependent person's journey.
Each client is welcomed with respect and provided professional and compassionate care by the staff of nurses, counselors and trained technicians.
Chemical dependency and other assessments are conducted with each client to develop appropriate referrals upon discharge.
