The Consortium Addiction Treatment programs seek to provide individuals and their families with services that will support the individuals path to recovery. The Consortium provides individualized treatment services, which are developed in collaboration with the individual seeking service to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
The Consortium offers an array of services which include individual and group counseling (IOP/OP), family and couples counseling, care coordination services, trauma focused therapy, 12 step education, employment assistance, peer support and medication assistance.
Insurance Accepted, Sliding Scale Fee for those who do not obtain insurance.
