At Paradigm Malibu they provide treatment services to adolescents from throughout the United States and abroad. In order to lift a court order involving my children i need to legally present a certificate of completion of a impatient treatment program min. 6mnths

I legally have coverage until im 26 years old from being a ward of the court when i was younger.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
