About Rise Again Recovery Outpatient

At Rise Again Recovery clients will attend a minimum of one hour per day per week of treatment service. Services include but are not limited to: treatment planning, self-help activities, individual sessions, group sessions, and structured therapeutic activities. An Intake Specialist will complete Intake Assessment, coordinate and orientate clients with program, link client to Primary Therapist and complete an individualized service/treatment/recovery plan. Ongoing reviews of treatment plan goals will be completed documenting the Clients progress through the program.
