Detroit Harbor Light at Acres of Hope Substance Abuse Programs and Services : Detoxification Unit Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Programs Intensive Outpatient Program (See speciality programs link for more information)   Consumer Driven Managed Care  Treatment services have been developed on a consumer driven case management approach.  Since the Harbor Light System provides services on a regional basis, several options are available to best address an individual's needs.   Accreditation - The Salvation Army Harbor Light System is accredited by the Commission Accreditation for Rehabilitative Facilities. (CARF)   Licensing -All Salvation Army Harbor Light substance abuse services are licensed by the Center for Substance Abuse Services of the Michigan Department of Community Health.

I'm writing this for a friend , she was in transitional housing today but was abruptly discharged through no fault of hers , she has no where to go and has had a ongoing drug problem which precludes her from working she does have state Medicare ins,
