Sequel Alliance Family Services of Idaho (SAFS) offers quality outpatient healthcare services to children, adolescents and adults.
Sequel Alliance Family Services, Inc. is certified by the state of Idaho to provide chemical dependency treatment to adolescent and adult clients.
Some of the services offered include drug and alcohol information classes, chemical dependency evaluations, intensive outpatient services, DUI evaluations and more.
Referrals may be directed to each school's Admissions Department or to the Community-Based Service Programs.
You may reach us via phone, fax, mail, or email. In order to expedite your referral they request the following information be submitted for review: youths demographics, background information, past placement history and reports, psychiatric/psychological evaluations if applicable, and court documents.
After reviewing the information they may request to interview the youth face to face or by telephone.
In most cases, a decision to accept or reject the youth will be made within 48 hours of initial referral.
