*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Hello, I'm seeking 30 day detox or rehab, reason for only 30 days is because I have two dogs and a fiance and won't have any more time to help provide for them , I'm currently working a full time job which I'm sorta successful at, but staying on drugs I fear losing my job with this company that has taken care of me for years, I wanna do a full 12 months rehab but have no way considering I'm paying out of pocket and I'm the only one to provide for my family, I really don't want my life going down hill cause I was irresponsible with my addiction.. id be willing after 30 days to check in as many times necessary, and do AA/DA meetings. I don't have insurance , lost medicaid when I started working and can't afford the down payment for company insurance plus company insurance you can't apply till December, I relapsed during covid after getting laid off and fell to my depression.

I recently downloaded the application for admission to your program and I'm having problems filling it out. The PDF is supposedly interactive and able to fill out but either I or my phone isn't smart enough to figure out how I go about filling it out. So I need to fill out an application for the fellowship home.
