About Southwest MT Community Health Center

Southwest MT Community Health Center provides a mixture of mental health and substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women in a short term residential setting and outpatient setting.
These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, trauma related counseling, individual and group counseling, motivational interviewing, anger management and relapse prevention.
Payment forms accepted at this location include cash or self payment, medicaid, medicare and private health insurance.
A sliding fee scale is available for those in need of financial assistance based off of income and other factors.
