Unity houses G.R.A.C.E. House offers a professional staff that operates as a team and provides customized, comprehensive service plans to meet individual needs.


Goal:
build skills, independence, & self-esteem in supporting consumer  recovery, to help consumers become contributing members of their communities. Services include chemical dependency community residence for men and women, nurturing environment based on 12 step programs, continuous staff and peer support while working on individualized recovery plans and assistance for consumers pursuing employment and educational opportunities.
