Genesis House is a 12 bed facility for men that provides treatment and supportive living for those with a substance use disorder. Genesis House has been in continuous operation within the community for more than 40 years. Located in a residential neighborhood, it affords the residents with a home like feel, and is in close proximity to public transportation and a variety of services.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
