Sliding Scale Service
Workit Health offers sliding scale buprenorphine treatment in Central and Southern California, and has free treatment available now in Kern County. They treat patients once in person, then let them continue counseling and medical treatment via telehealth. This helps them treat patients from more rural areas, as well as new moms and those without transportation. They have grant funding available in many counties to help those struggling.

Heroin, I been using for about 16yrs.or so. I've tried stopping but failed only to find myself using more. I really want help if it's here my husband too will also ask for help with his addiction.

Yes, I was in the drug program in C.R.C.(Women's prison in Norco, Calif. & when I paroled I went to Capristrano drug program/home for women.The parole made the arrangements so I don't know the cost.

Yes with the help of my parole agent I had years ago. Since I been off parole I been using .

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
