2Morrow Homes believes that people can change. They are a community-based program and believe that although abstinence from drugs and alcohol is a requirement for participation in their program, achievement of small but measurable milestones are a more insightful and appropriate gauges of success. Client achievements that indicate a continual progression toward addiction free, independent living, are true signs of rehabilitation and transformation.
2Morrow Homes occupancy fee is $150 - 200 per week. This includes room, utilities, kitchen essentials, drug testing, laundry facility, phone, cable/wi-fi in a safe, secure environment. Clients are required to pay a $150.00 deposit prior move-in.

I am currently residing in Texas and am on parole. I've been out for about 2 yrs and have used for the majority of that time, I managed to o stay sober 3 months. These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
