Yes I've been to rehab before. I learned so much about myself. It wasn't easy but it was rewarding. My insurance covered the expenses. It was called House of Hope and I did it twice.

I haven't been using for that long this time. I relapsed at the end of May. I am currently pregnant and so ashamed and scared. I have never craved to be sober as much as I do now. I am miserable and can't hide that fact. I'm worried about what could happen because of my relapse while being pregnant. Please, I want to stop but I can't do it on my own.

Have you ever had free rehab before? How did you get in to the program? (Do not enter private information; it may be published.)
I'm not quite sure what "free rehab" is. I've never had to pay because I've always had insurance.
