DeNovo offer individual and group counseling for all addictions. Where they believe it would be helpful they offer medication assisted treatment such as Campral or ReVia/Naltrexone for alcohol dependence, Wellbutrin or Chantix for nicotine dependence, and Suboxone/buprenorphine or methadone for opioid (narcotic) dependence. They may also help with benzodiazepine tapers and alternative anti-anxiety medications.

Hard to afford rehab as a heroin addict so your figuring out money every day just to stay well and not withdrawal. No money to meet other basic needs, let alone pay for insurance or rehab.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
