My friend is on parole and needs a place to live and a job right away. He has tried and is completely out of options. He really needs help in transitioning into society. He has been out for a little over a year. Last May I sat in a meeting with his parole officer, parole supervisor and him at which time the two of us begged for him to receive help. Help was promised and yet nothing was ever offered. The system has failed him and he is desparate for help.
