Anthony Louis Center is receptive to referrals 7 days a week, 24 hours a day via fax or their web form located here.
Their office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm for phone inquiries.
All information must be collected prior to admission.
They are a 22 bed residential program, licensed by the State of Minnesota, Human Service Department, under Rule 31, and the Children Residential Facilities Rule, the Minnesota Department of Health, under Supervised Living Facilities; and a member of MARRCH.
