Sliding-Fee Scale
Sliding Fee Scale Program for patients who do not have insurance or whose income is insufficient to pay outstanding balances. The amount of the sliding fee discount is based on your family size, income, and determined using the Federal Poverty Level established income guidelines. Patient must cooperate in completing an application for sliding fee program and providing income verification, (last 2 paystubs, copy of entitlement checks, W2, etc.).

Hi i am seeking immediate impatient treatment, i am pretty much homeless. im suffering from meth addiction for almost a decade now, My family loves me but cant help me anymore,I really dont wana end up dead or in jail. i have five kids that really need and want me around, i have came to rerlize i cant do it by myself,its only getting worse and worse, i kno im better than this and have alot to offer this world i just need help getting clean and rehabilitated bak to normal and being a dad again. (I need finacial help if it cost any money i only have medi-cal insurance). PLEASE HELP ME!!! IM READY TO BE ADMITTED ASAP!! Thank u
