Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Day-Mont Behavioral Health Care - Focus Care website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2024

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $15,060
2 $20,440
3 $25,820
4 $31,200
5 $36,580

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

hi..i would like to ask about my brother who lives in gracemore avenue,ohio..he is a chronic alcohol addict since 7 years and indulges in binge drinking on daily basis..he wants to be detoxified on outpatient basis from your rehab facility but is not willing for admission and indoor patient treatment..he earns about $ 3000 per month and does not have any sort of public or private insurance..in case he seeks outpatient treatment from your rehab facility on sliding scale fee basis,i would like to ask the following questions: 1..approximately how long will your outpatient detox treatment take to be completed..? 2..how much total amount would my brother have to pay on sliding scale basis,if he earns $ 3000 per month.? 3..will this total amount cover up all the detox medicine, and consultation charges? 4..will he have to pay this total fee in lump sum at the start of treatment? 5..approximately how many weekly visits does an alcohol addict patient require in general, during his outpatient treatment?
