Grant Street Partnership is a treatment facility for male and female adults with substance abuse disorders. Temporary housing is available for homeless men while engaged in treatment. Clients are provided with transportation and three substantial meals a day. Services of this program include:Twelve-Step Education/AA and NA meetingshousing assistance individual/group therapy life skills training job readiness HIV counseling GED classes primary healthcare and referrals Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are available for clients who need treatment for mental health disorders. Costs will vary based on your specific situation.They accept all insurance including Medicare, Medicaid (Title 19), HUSKY, Charter Oak and most commercial insurance plans. For anyone without health insurance they offer services on a sliding-fee scale, which means you pay only what you can afford . They also can provide assistance with access to State support and services. Payment accepted: - Self Payment. - Private health insurance. - Medicaid. - State financed insurance (other than Medicaid). - Sliding Fee Scale
