About Elm Lifelines
Elm Lifelines provides substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women in an outpatient program.
These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, trauma related counseling, individual counseling, motivational interviewing, anger management and relapse prevention.
Payment forms accepted include cash or self payment, medicaid and private health insurance.
A sliding fee scale is available based off of income and other factors.
