Yes, been to several, they were from unprofessional /poor service entirely 100% all the way around through 100% as close to perfect services as possible...I have never had to pay for it myself... either my parents, the government (federal, state, county, city), medicaid /medicare, etc, etc has footed the bill
Do you have health insurance? Do you have a high deductible?
If you have any other information you would like us to know, please enter it here.

I was in prison for 6 yrs and still on parole
Have you ever had free rehab before? How did you get in to the program?
yes, mental health/substance addiction /domestic violent victim /newly released felon from prison resources paid for it or got it paid for
Do they accept ex felons?
Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Empowerment Therapy Center website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.
Persons In Family Household | Poverty Guideline Salary per year |
---|---|
1 | $15,060 |
2 | $20,440 |
3 | $25,820 |
4 | $31,200 |
5 | $36,580 |
6 | $41,960 |
7 | $47,340 |
8 | $52,720 |
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
