Prior to me using opiates, I never had a drug or alcohol problem. I started using when my younger brother died to cope with the mental anguish.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
This is for my son Mateo. He has been using drugs and his life is a real mess. He dropout from school, work and have severe financial problems, as well with all the family. He become very dishonest and he was involved with a real bad people. Some of then are members of a evil worshiping group.
