The Guadalupe Centers Substance Abuse Program is a state certified outpatient substance abuse program recognized by the Department of Mental Health, Division of Drug and Alcohol. The first fully bilingual (Spanish/English) program in the State of Missouri was designed to educate the Latino community about the perils of substance abuse.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
Hello, My name is Richard Wagner. I live in Kansas City, Kansas. I am searching for alcohol treatment for a homeless Spanish speaking man whom I am acquainted with. He is originally from Cuba, has been here for about ten years, speaks little English, sleeps on the street or where he can. He has a very serious advanced alcohol addiction and advanced liver disease. I don't have the time or money to really help him, but would like to see him help himself, get treatment. Is there anyone who can offer advice, refer him or know where there is any free treatment for this man? BTW, he has no telephone of any kind, nor fixed address. Thank you RW 913-636-5051
