I have been staying at my cousin's house. I am the only one there but now he changed the locks. There is no rental agreement and I did let drugfriends in and we messed up the house. It was already in bad shape but now worse

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
