About High Road Program

The High Road Program provides substance abuse counseling and treatment to individuals referred through the California criminal justice system, along with low cost, affordable outpatient counseling and treatment to the general public. The high road program, inc. [HIGH ROAD] offers multiple types of alcohol and drug abuse counseling and education in both Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Most of these services are provided to individuals referred by the Court, Department of Motor Vehicles, County Probation, or State Parole Agency. Clients are required to complete programs specified by California State law, where state law and/or county regulations mandate both the content and duration of program services.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
