Description

Greenridge Counseling Center offers outpatient care for people in recovery from substance use challenges.


Treatment includes:

- individual

- couples

- group therapy

- psychiatric evaluations

- medication monitoring when appropriate.


Payment accepted:

- Self Payment.

- Private health insurance.

- Medicaid.

- Sliding Fee Scale

Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Intercommunity Action - Greenridge Counseling Center website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2022

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Sliding Scale Treatment Fees that are variable based on the clients ability to pay. Fees are reduced for lower income persons or have less money due to high expenses.

Non Profit Treatment Many non profit treatment programs are free or are lower cost due to the non profit organizations status.

Faith Based Treatment Many religious organizations offer drug and alcohol recovery treatment at no cost as part of their ministry services. Many also offer payment assistance for those that qualify.
