The mission of Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority is individuals and families in Jefferson Parish affected by Mental Illness, Addictive Disorders or Developmental Disabilities shall live full, independent and productive lives to the greatest extent possible for available resources, including the integration of primary care into clinical services.
