Louisville Services & Fees$16 daily, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. $25 per day for off site dosing with Methadone.
Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees).
Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol and opioid dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary).

At liberty place it didn't cost me anything but it was court order and like I said in the previous question I had a medical card at the time.

I am currently living in Virginia and participating methadone maintenance in Galax, VA. I will be moving to Shepherdsville, KY, and will be needing to continue my maintenance on Monday morning, I have medicaid from the state of Virginia but will not have insurance once I arrive in KY, so I will have to start my treatment there paying cash, i am in dire need of info and assistance as to how i can start and continue my methadone maintenance there.
