About Volunteers of America Mid-States Liberty Place

Liberty Place provides residential treatment to men with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Clients participate in individual, group, and family therapy and life skills programming, including soft skills for employment, parenting classes, budgeting sessions, and more.

On average, it takes 45-60 days to complete the program.

Volunteers of America Mid-States Liberty Place allow all forms of medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD).

There is no out-of-pocket cost for individuals with Kentucky Medicaid.

They offer same-day, evening, and weekend admissions and can help with transportation from anywhere in Kentucky.
