About New Beginnings

Provides alcohol and drug education, assessments, and screenings. Conducts outpatient drug and alcohol treatment for both adults and adolescents. Also provides DUI and domestic violence offender treatment. Certified by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to provide court-ordered domestic violence offender treatment. Does NOT provide inpatient treatment or adolescent anger management.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
